Wildlife : Kudus

26 September 2013

At times we are the prey (client) that is being hunted and at other times we are the leopard (business) which is doing the hunting. Prey or leopard, both have a common goal, survival. In our struggle as humans to survive we can learn a lot from nature. Kudus are very successful as far as breeding is concerned, even though they share the same habitat (mountains, shrubbery and river banks) as leopards, as kudus are leaf eaters. We look at many reasons for their successful breeding. One of the main reasons.

Example

At night kudu ewes will keep their vulnerable young between them when they are gathered on an open plain in order to escape quickly and easily. The ewes look in different directions and take turns in listening with their large radar ears to discern each and every strange sound in the bush. Especially when.

Have a look at the kudus’ behaviour on the video shots.
