A pack of Wild Dogs get a second chance on Shayamanzi

27 February 2014

A pack of Wild Dogs, whose chance of survival seemed slim, get a second chance on Shayamanzi.
This pack doesn´t have a home anymore and have been looking for a new place to stay for nearly two years

Wild Dogs are severely endangered; game farmers don´t want them on their farms because of their appetite for fresh game meat and they require large roaming areas, larger than most game reserves can provide.

Can business help with their conservation? Shayamanzi decided to help them a bit further, but their future still seems uncertain...

From a Beeld newspaper article on 20 January 2014:
